At Thai Cosmetic Wholesale, we strive to ensure our wholesale partners are fully satisfied with every order. Due to the nature of cosmetic and supplement products, we have established the following policy:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your products arrive damaged or if you receive the incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or credit, you must provide:
- Clear photo or video evidence of the damaged package/products.
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Wholesale Order Returns
Once a wholesale order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned due to international shipping regulations and hygiene/safety standards for beauty supplements. We recommend starting with smaller quantities if you are testing a new product line.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once the shipment has left our facility in Thailand, the order is considered final.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (in the case of missing or unresolvable damaged items), it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method or as a credit toward your next wholesale order.
